Posted on Saturday, 17 July 2010 JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT, SINGLE AND HAPPY ACTRESS
Jennifer Love Hewitt is an actress and singer, song writer, voice actress, television producer and director, and so on. She was born on February 21, 1979 in Waco, Texas. Hewitt is the daughter of Patricia Mae (ne Shipp), a speech-language pathologist, and Herbert Daniel Hewitt, a medical technician. Hewitt grew up in Nolanville, Texas; after the divorce of her parents, Hewitt and her older brother, Todd Hewitt, were brought up by her mother.
Jennifer Love Hewitt is a good singer. Her single "How Do I Deal" reached twenty-six on the American charts. The attraction to the music was rising since she was child.
At the age of three, she sang "The Greatest Love of All" (as recorded by Whitney Houston) at a livestock show. Just a year after that, at a restaurant-dance hall, she entertained an audience with her version of "Help Me Make It Through the Night". At the age of five, Hewitt already had tap dancing and ballet in her portfolio. At nine, she became a member of the Texas Show Team (which also toured in the Soviet Union). At the age of ten, at the suggestion of talent scouts, she moved to Los Angeles, California, with her mother to pursue a career in both acting and singing.
After moving to Los Angeles, Hewitt appeared in more than twenty television commercials. Her first break came as a child actor on the Disney Channel variety show Kids Incorporated (19891991). In 1992, she played Pierce Brosnan's daughter in a pilot for NBC called Running Wilde, which featured Brosnan as a reporter for Auto World magazine whose stories cover his own wild auto adventures, but the series wasn't picked up and the pilot never aired. She later played on television in several short-lived series, such as Fox's Shaky Ground (19921993), ABC's Byrds of Paradise (1994), and McKenna (19941995). Finally, Hewitt became a young star after landing the role of Sarah Reeves on the popular Fox Television show Party of Five (19951999), and also starred in the I Know What You Did Last Summer films, as Julie James. She continued the same role in the short-lived Party of Five spinoff, Time of Your Life (1999).
Since September 2005, Hewitt has starred in the television series on the CBS television series Ghost Whisperer, as Melinda Gordon, a young newlywed who communicates to the heavenly people.
Hewitt was also one of the producers, but the show was cancelled after only half a season. She also won sexiest woman of the year in 1997.
For her personal life, it can be described that she had ever had some relationship. She has dated Carson Daly, singer-guitarist John Mayer, and professional kayaker Brad Ludden among others. Hewitt was engaged to Scottish actor Ross McCall, whom she met when he made an appearance on Ghost Whisperer. After a year of dating, they became engaged in November 2007, while vacationing in Hawaii. However, on January 5, 2009, People magazine reported that Hewitt and McCall called off their engagement. She later began a relationship with Ghost Whisperer co-star Jamie Kennedy in March 2009; the two were reported to be engaged July 21, 2009, but the couples' representatives and Kennedy himself later stated that this had not happened. In March 2010, Jennifer and Jamie Kennedy ended their relationship.
Even though still single, but Hewitt seems to be happy. Not just as a celebrity who is common with gossips and rumour, Hewitt also wrote a book called The Day I Shot Cupid, in which she writes of her experiences with love and dating. This book was released in March 2010.
