After the third fastest position in the test Jerez, Spain on Monday (5/5), Movistar Yamaha MotoGP rider Valentino Rossi claimed over the YZR-M1 chassis like new.
In this trial, Rossi underwent 58 laps and scored 1 minute 39.063 seconds, 0.326 seconds lag of Marc Marquez and 0.064 seconds from team-mate Jorge Lorenzo.
"There are many new things that we jajal, but this trial is important. We pretty quickly and I satisfied my rhythm. We focus on electronics to improve acceleration," he said as reported by Crash.net.
Rossi also tested the new chassis in order to improve braking performance. "We also focus on entering corners for the sake of the chassis better. I prefer the new chassis and I will use it in France in two weeks," added the Doctor.
